About Advantage Custom Builders LLC If there two things that owner Brian Freeman knows about, they are customer service and home construction. From the time that Brian was a young teen, he began to hone his customer service skills by working closely with his father in several family restaurant ventures, doing everything from delivering pizzas and working the front counter to preparing food in the kitchen. It was this early exposure to great customer service that convinced Brian that the number one concern in a service oriented industry is customer service. In the late 1980's, Brian began his construction career installing cable, gas and electric utilities in Baltimore, Maryland. He then moved in 1992 to the Winter Park/Frasier area and began work as a laborer and also running heavy equipment on a construction site. These two jobs gave Brian a firm and expansive knowledge of the early steps (utilities and foundation construction) of home building. In 1997, he took a job as an Assistant Superintendent for a local home builder and learned the construction process from the ground up. Brian quickly moved up in the home construction industry, eventually joining a well-known National homebuilder, and became a Project Manager. After 17 years of gaining his extensive construction knowledge, Brian combined it with his previous customer service training, teamed up with an uncle living in Houston, Texas, and formed Advantage Custom Builders LLC. | Brian and wife, Erica Children, Forrest and Lyrik | General: - Began construction career in the late 80's working with cable, gas and electric utilities in Maryland
